I really can’t think of a word to describe my daddy. Great wouldn’t be close enough. So, I’ll have to continue this, because it’s really impossible to think of a word to describe my daddy.
Before I was even born, my daddy was thinking about my education. Seriously. Everybody seems to react with shock when they hear that. He ordered the first homeschool catalog before I was born knowing that I wouldn’t be going to a public school. My kindergarten curriculum was actually picked by my daddy, again, before I was even born!
It was his idea to homeschool me, probably one of the greatest ideas he ever thought of. I’d rather be homeschooled for a lot of reasons. And my daddy is still thinking so deeply about my education.
While most fathers are spending their time watching football, or having fun with their buddies, my daddy would rather have a daddy daughter day instead. Spending time with his daughter is the No. 1 thing on my daddy’s list!
My daddy taught me about God, the most important thing a dad could ever do.
My daddy works hard, and isn’t lazy at all.
And if it weren’t for my daddy, I probably would’ve had the oldest computer. I probably would’ve had an AOL email account. I wouldn’t know what gigabytes are. I wouldn’t know what Pinterest is. I probably would’ve been using Internet Explorer 6, instead of Google Chrome, like all the cool kids.
Why, if it weren’t for my daddy, these words I’m writing would’ve been written on plain paper, instead of Google Docs! I might’ve never known so much about the Internet and that would be sad.
I can continue the list, but that would be too long.
So, Happy Father’s Day to the greatest father in the world!
