Exercise is no good without pumpkin pie

Today I learned that I could do the exercise moves in P.E. after a long break from exercising.

Some of the things I had to do was march in place, move my head from left to right and jump rope. One of the new exercises was the roundhouse kick. It’s been a long time since I’ve done that kind of exercising, but I still thought it was easy to do and it was only a half hour.

It was good to exercise especially because Thanksgiving just passed and on Thanksgiving Day — and the day after — I ate lots of food and lots of dessert. Some of the desserts were more than two apple pies, about ten cookies, and lots of pumpkin pie!
